Horrid customer service. I do not have a cell phone now that I can use for my account. I have explained maybe 10 times to these bozos. Then next time I sign on they always need to verify my account and do not allow me to choose a method. It always returns to allow us to send a text message except anyone could have them send a text message to any new phone. What a bunch of incompetent boobs. Their 'security' is a freaking joke.

Paypal sometimes holds Money for no reason you'll be tied for an idiots and unprofessional case that you shouldn't be contacted for

Paypal must knows that some buyer's are liars and thieves, betrayal they want to get the item for Free and money back by acting like a victims for an hacked account or unusual transaction those buyers are misusing paypal and ebay term's and conditions usually buyers are using phone number for login security because they liked their bank accounts and paypal

never use paypal, they hold money for no reason.

The worst company. Held 15+ of my transactions in a row, although I have not had a single complaint, dispute or refund request. Have to contact them to release my funds CONSTANTLY, and they send the same standard response back, ignoring everything I've said and doing nothing to help.

Very day for business you need to call for every and each transaction for sending the money to your account even if you Suply them with tracking number that order been shipped.

Paypal is horrible! Customer for over seven years and have had issue over the past year. Some sellers online only use paypal but do not send product. Paypal has not reversed transaction of non received items. WHERE IS MY MONEY?

What does Paypal do? Nothing! Doesn't have any buyer protection. They take your money and send it to scammers. When it happens, buyers lose money, they don't care. Give them 1 star because there is no option NO ANY STAR

They've been helpful when I needed them recently. PayPal are safe & will fight for you if you need them, provided you have a reasonable argument. They need to hear both sides of the story.I would appreciate not getting SMS reminders from them at 2am though.

Had a log in error this morning. Called the customer service. The staff had a great patience to explain how to recover the security and sorted the problem out. Thank you, Yannie. Good job!

I ordered a product from a company. The company claimed i had insufficient funds in my account. But the money was taken. So then i got double charged once from the seller and once from paypal so i owe paypal money when i never had a balance with them to cover the so called insufficient funds. Trying to get a hold of anyone at paypal is terrible as it just isnt accessible. So im losing double partly due to their incompetence.

I am on a limited account service, I had to refund all my customer transactions loosing my income, and now im unable to deactivate my account. They have my personal and sensitive information that I have no power to withdrawl. This isn't just theft, but now Im worried that I won't be able to remove my information from these crooks ever. They have no case and their is no longer any questions I can answer for the 4th time. Why are they able to brake the law and continue to provide a bogus money handling.
I refuse to except that my earnings and account information is in no way theirs to control but mine and I will not be told that they won't release my account. UNACCEPETALE
